Como ya es sabido, durante estos días, tanto empresas públicas, privadas y… como no, también los particulares, hacen un pequeño esfuerzo solidario para con aquellas personas menos favorecidas o entidades que sin animo de lucro que dedican su tiempo y esfuerzo a hacer llevar una vida mas cómoda a los que por sus propios medios no pueden.
Es por esto que nuestra asociación, un año más, pone en marcha una campaña solidaria a modo concurso otorgando tanto diplomas como el trofeo acreditativo.

BASES DEL DIPLOMA Y CONDICIONES PARA LA OBTENCION DE PREMIOS
PRIMERO: Pueden participar todas las estaciones nacionales e internacionales poseedoras de su correspondiente licencia de radioaficionado, así como las estaciones SWL. Trabajaremos en todas las bandas y modos.
SEGUNDO: Todas las estaciones que contacten con EG5DSI, recibirán confirmación del contacto mediante eQSL y LoTW, NO en papel, no se confirma DME ni Locator.
TERCERO: Para obtener el diploma en formato PDF, será necesario 1 contacto indistintamente del modo o la banda que se realice, no siendo validos los contactos que se realicen en el mismo modo o banda durante el trascurso del concurso.
SOLO UN (1) CONTACTO POR MODO Y BANDA EN TODO EL CONCURSO
Desde esta misma web, puedes descargarte de manera automática tu diploma una vez cumplido con los requisitos.
Nota, es posible que las listas no se actualicen hasta pasadas 48 horas.
Las estaciones SWL, deberán remitir un correo electrónico a ea5rks@gmail.com justificando al menos 1 contacto e indicando claramente el nombre y el indicativo, el diploma se lo podrán descargar de manera automática desde el mismo enlace que el resto de las estaciones, pero no antes del 01/01/2023 fecha en que se habrá terminado de subir los log.
CUARTO: A las tres estaciones que realicen el mayor número de contactos y no hayan sido uno de los tres ganadores de las ediciones precedentes, (cualquier modo o banda) la organización, intentará ponerse en contacto con ellos una vez publicadas las listas en esta misma página (fecha de publicación primera semana de enero de 2023). Una vez realizado el contacto y confirmados sus datos, se le remitirá de manera totalmente gratuita un trofeo realizado en metacrilato y diseñado por EA8ARI Rafa.
Si el día 15 de enero del 2023 no se ha obtenido respuesta por parte de la estación ganadora o no se ha puesto en contacto con esta asociación (en caso de carecer de datos en qrz.com, se entenderá que renuncia a su premio por el que éste se declarará desierto.
Para las estaciones que su QTH este fuera de la península, será necesario que nos facilite datos de su documento nacional de identidad ya que el transporte interpeninsular e internacional, así lo requiere.
En caso de que la estación ganadora quisiera colaborar con los gastos de confección y envío, esta asociación le facilitará un número de C.C. PayPal o Bizum. Si el importe que ingresa resultase ser superior al gasto, la Asociación Grupo Radio Safor, ingresará como donativo el sobrante a la Asociación Apoyo Autista “ASPAU”.
QUINTO: Las asociaciones y/o Radio Club que deseen participar, no podrán optar al trofeo, ni estarán en las listas del TOP 10 en el caso de que llegasen a obtener los puntos necesarios, pero sí se permite que sus representantes puedan hacer el número de contactos necesarios para descargarse el diploma.
Las estaciones otorgantes, tendrán el mismo trato que los radio club pero si participaran en el concurso especifico para estaciones otorgantes o colaboradores.
SEXTO: Todas las estaciones participantes aceptan las bases publicadas para este III Trofeo Día de los Santos Inocentes 2022 y dan su consentimiento para que la organización publique la lista de los ganadores, así como las posibles fotografías si las hubiera.
BASES EXCLUSIVAS PARA LAS ESTACIONES OTORGANTES
Todas las estaciones otorgantes, recibirán un diploma de agradecimiento, y la estación que mayor número de contactos validos realice, obtendrá el mismo trofeo y en las mismas condiciones que la estación ganadora.

Since 12/22/2021 at 00:00 UTC and until 12/28/2022 at 23:59 UTC, we will launch the special call sign EG5DSI III Trophy of Holy Innocents. As it is already known, during these days, both public and private companies and private individuals, make a small solidarity effort towards those less favored people or entities that non-profit organizations dedicate their time and effort to make living a more comfortable life those who cannot by their own means. That is why our association, this year, launches a charity campaign supporting the activity carried out by the ASPAU association, in addition to raising funds that will go to the Autism Project. AWARD RULES AND CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING THE PRIZES
FIRST: All national and international amateur radio stations can participate, as well as SWL stations. We will work in all bands and modes.
SECOND: All stations who contact EG5DSI will receive a confirmation of the QSO through eQSL and LoTW, THERE WON’T BE paper QSL and we’re not going to confirm any DME or Locator.
THIRD: To get the diploma in PDF format, 1 contact will be required regardless of the mode or band where the QSO were made. Those QSO made in the same band and mode on a single day are not allowed. Try to avoid dupes QSO, please.
You can download your award from this website, as soon as you have reached the requirements.
Note, the online log may not be update for 48 hours.
SWL stations must send an email to ea5rks@gmail.com justifying clearly at least 1 contact. They have to indicate their personal name and callsign. After doing that, the diploma will be available, but it could not be downloaded until 01/01/2023 because this is the deadline to upload the full logs. A SWL station has to use the same link than amateur radio stations.
FOURTH: After the publication of the final list (the estimate date will be the first week of January 2023), the organization will try to contact the three stations that made the greatest number of contacts and always that they have not been one of the three winners of the previous edition (in any mode or band) Once the contact has been made, and the shipping details confirmed, the winners will receive a trophy made of methacrylate and designed by EA8ARI Rafa, completely free of charge.
If on January 15th, 2023 no response has been obtained from the winner or has not contacted this association (in case of lack of data on QRZ.com) it will be understood that you give up your prize. In this case, it would be declared void.
For those amateurs who live outside Spain continental, it will be mandatory to provide us your national identity card, because shipping laws between the Canary Islands and Ceuta or Melilla, as well as the international ones, requires it.
If anyone of the winning stations would like to collaborate with the costs of handling and shipping, on a voluntary basis, this association will provide him a C.C. PayPal or Bizum. If the amount given is higher than the expenses we need, the Radio Safor Group Association will donate the surplus to the Autistic Support Association “ASPAU”.
FIFTH: All participating stations accept the current rules for this III Innocents Day Trophy 2022 and they give their consent for the organization to publish the list of winners, as well as possible photographs, if any.
